Some patients are incredibly nervous when it comes to neck spinal manipulations. It's the noise that puts people off. Really they are painless, safe and leave you feeling much more relaxed and looser. I will be making my own videos soon, so watch this space!
Just to note, stretching IS important for certain activities. Functional exercises are more important for warming up for most sports. I will explain at a later post on what functional exercises are most beneficial for certain sports.
